The Legacy, our home in the Songhees, is located between Paul Kane Place and Cooperage Place and fronts on Kimta Road opposite Sitkum Park. It was constructed in 1998 - 2000 by developer Austin Hamilton and has 84 units in two connected 6-story buildings -- 47 units in the West building and 37 units in the East building. It has a reputation for having been built with high construction quality and for being extremely well-maintained by an active hands-on Strata Council.
