Mistaya Canyon, Banff National Park
Unbelievably trusting bird. I identify it as a Blue Grouse rather than Spruce Grouse because it lacks the white stripes near the eye.
Photos taken on our tour of Alberta with the Nikles. This was the nicest week of weather we had during the entire summer.
